I would have to say Asuna because even thought there are others better looking than her, she has a very mature personality. That's why she is the only one responsible enough to look out after Negi unlike the others who seem to care very little for him other than to have fun or that being the only reason why they pretend to care for him so much, only for their own satisfaction (Ayaka).
