Grave does have the undead faktor going for him, but Vash is resourceful, very quick, and he does have that angel arm. If it could do such damage to the moon, there is no way Grave could survive it. Bottom line: don't put your money on the dead guy!

I'm not sure Vash's conventional weapons would be enough to actually kill Grave. Angel Arm would do it, though.
Anyway, Vash could probably evade Grave for a long, long time...
