kakashi, he can see all of kenshins moves, and he is faster. Kakashi has all this ninjitsu too. Plus kakashi's dog would hold him down ^^

Easy. Kakashi would win hands down. He's got the sharingan, which, with his awesome speed and strength, could easily stop, mimic, and counter Kenshin. Also, his ninjutsus could beat Kenshin easily, like the chidori.
If it's red or fiery, I'll pay attention! WOOHOO! If it's red and fiery, GIMME!

Well, I think Kakashi would win, because of the Sharingan eye.
If it were Battousai Kenshin vs. Kakashi without the Sharingan, I think it would be less lopsided and lot more interesting.To know what is right and choose to ignore it is the act of a coward.
