I'd pick 'Hiten' by Yoshitaka Amano as I love his art and probably a buch of Akemi Takada and Mutsumi Inomata's artbooks.

How about that Clamp artbook that cme out in January from Tokyopo? Looked in it and thought it wasn't bad. But you will most likely find old creations from them. This artbook came out kind of a long time ago in Japan.
