anyone have any idea where I can find some good images that are bigger then the basic res of a normal wall so I can make some wallpapers LOL

Well, www.projectnoir.com (the official english language Noir site) has a complete set of textless R2 DVD covers...you gotta hunt for them though. But they're VERY useful for making wallpapers with.

I can suggest you to look on nuriko's website
there are a lot of oversized scans. (i saw one of 6.1 MB)

Well, I know Anime Project Alliance Page, it's very nice and has a HUGE HUGE set of scans covering almost every anime title actually. for the URL, just search for "anime project allienace" on a serach engine such as Google.
