Is there something like a really BAD BAD BAD Guy in BLAME! ???
I'm not really sure if Sanakan is a bad guy, I mean he's just doin' his job or?
I think there must be something like the incarnation of Evil in BLAME!, or?

Nun gut, meine Meinung zum Thema:
Sanakan ist zwar böse, aber wie du sagst: Er macht nur seine Arbeit. Einen so richtig, abgrundtief bösen gibt's in Blame! nicht.Orewa Rufi, kaizoku-o ni naru otoko da!!!

There isn't evil in Blame . The only evil I can think of is humanity that was responsible for the making of all the megastructure.Everyone was playing a role but there were no signs of evil as it is thought.
