Who is the best villain from anime/manga series?
Is only allowed villains. Bad boys and bad girs are not allowed (for example: Urd from Megami Sama is a bad girl).
Well... people, monsters, demons and other are allowed. You can choose one or more villains.

The best villain is the one that accomplishes his/her goal(s). That being the case, I can't think of any ^_^;

As for whom I like best... hm.... Xellos from Slayers has always been one I liked.
