i check everyday if ni-chan will send me the cookies ^_^
i try to check mt everyday or it's too hard with the notifications; i also check my mail and hongfire.com ^_^
i also check a lot on anime galaxy tracker to see if there are some news :)well well that's all

For me, it's AnimeSuki, Anime on DVD, Baka-Updates, OtakuBoards and my Gmail account. More recently, I've started visiting this site, AnimeNation and aarinfantasy's shounen-ai/yaoi forum. There are also a bunch of LiveJournal anime communities that I visit pretty regularly, but these vary from season to season.

I prowl around OtakuBoards, MT, Foresaken Paradise,Yahoo Mail... in that order. Kind of like a set Net schedule, I might say. I find the first three sites addicting and the last one I visit because I hate messages piling up on me.
