Well, I must admit, there is alot of bad manga and anime out there. I don't think we need to go so far as to ban it completely, but we do need to have warnings and stuff like that so little kids don't stumble upon scarring images (as I did when my older friends let me read Inu-yasha when I was younger). I think we also need to know how to limit ourselves - so we don't get so utterly obssessed with anime that use loose touch with the real world. I know a few people who are a tad to obssessed with it, and they have some real bad attitude problems.
There is good manga, there is bad manga, lets hope we all make the right desicions when we choose what to watch/read.

OMG This petition has me cracking up! hahaha! BAN ANIME! As if... Read the signatures, this is definitely a joke! First of all, like some other people have said, his E-mail addess has "Neko" in it. And second of all, you know how this person said he/she was christian? Well lookit what one of the signatues had to say about that:
