Well I saw there was so many threads with one riddle per thread so I thought there should be a thread where people can gather and solve riddles or post new riddles...and if it gets popular enough we might have a game with members and those who gets 10 points win or something...since I guess I made this thread I'll start with 5 riddles of various difficulties...plz put the riddle number you are solving so it won't be confusing though ok? x_x

#1 Difficulty Easy
- A petshop owner had a parrot with a sign on its cage that said "Parrot repeats everything it hears". Davey bought the parrot and for two weeks he spoke to it and it didn't say a word. He returned the parrot but the shopkeeper said he never lied about the parrot. How can this be?

#2 Difficulty Hard
- You are in a room that is completly bricked in on all four sides, including the cieling and floor. You have nothing but a mirror and a wooden table in the room with you. How do you get out?

#3 Difficulty Easy
- What is it that when you take away the whole, you still have some left over?

#4 Difficulty Normal
- Debbie promised to take her daughter Becky shopping on the day before the fourth day after the day after tomorrow. If today is Sunday the 3rd. On what day and date will Becky take Debbie shopping?

#5 Difficulty Easy
- I have keys that open no locks,
I have space, but there is no room,
You can enter, but you can't go in.
What am I?

Oh just remember...just because I opened the thread doesn't mean no one can post riddles...feel free to post your riddles here too but those with answers plz make sure you address which riddle you're replying to XP...oh and I won't be around often for a few days (I know...bad time to start a thread)...so I apologise if I come back late with answers x_x

- A bus driver was heading down a street in Colorado. He went right past a stop sign without stopping, he turned left where there was a "no left turn" sign, and he went the wrong way on a one-way street. Then he went on the left side of the road past a cop car. Still - he didn't break any traffic laws. Why not?

- A man kills his wife. Many people watch him doing so. yet he did no crime and he's still walking around now e.e...why?

There was a green house.
Inside the green house there was a white house

Inside the red house there were lots of babies.

11 eh...do they drive opposite ways or something there?...cuz I don't remember if it's europe or hongkong...that they drive on the left instead of the right...I duno^^;;;;
12...could it be that his wife's a dog o___o I noe it sound weird...but I heard you could get married to you dog somewhere before...if you feel that they're your true soul mate...or something like that...but that was years ago...

2- you put the table ablaze, and the bricks don't like heat i think, so it crumbles.... problem is where'd you get those matches?? and the mirror is no use in a dark room :hmpf:

10 - the lake was dry........ or well the thing is there's always air imprisoned in the boat, so they stay in that air, and don't get wet

angelkate : a coffin?? because well the guy don't want it (because it's for dead ppl), the one who buys it doesn't use it cause it's for a dead relative, and the one who uses it is dead XP

taffy : nice rhyme......... well i don't think glass is liquid in nature?? but a liquid that breaks?? maybe water when it's ice, and it cuts??

EEEK...I'm gone for 3 days and so many riddles :D...well thx for keeping it alive while I was out of town...let's see ...can't say I remember the answer for the latest riddle e.e...but here's a few more I'm putting up since all of my previous ones are already solved x_x...there will be variety though since err...I'm using some riddles from a site I used to go to and thy also incorporated trivia among other things

#14 Difficulty very hard (if you haven't done it before)
- My friend owns a huge multinational company, it strangely transports insects, he also loves word play, I guess that's why he named the company ????????? Ltd

I've heard of riddle #14 but I've never heard of the other two :sweat:
For riddle #14 I think the answer is important. I was told it a long time ago.
I can't figure out #15 and I don't understand #16 XD

curse ye for hearing it :x...that thing was bloody hard too and I got it by sheer luck actually =D...oh well that's number 14 down...for #15 the tip is the actual answer is the name of a person but technically he/she is not a human e.e...and #16 you have to think about what is missing...hope that helps ^^
