I recently came across the Gungrave series and have been playing them while watching the series. Also I’m replaying Legend of Dragoon and Chrono Cross. (oldies but goodies). Yeah and also FMA and the Broken Angel. It's slow, but worth it's weight in original animated cut scenes.
P.S. Keep an eye out for the Cowboy Bebop, the video game for PS2
