Any Busou Renkin fans out there? I'm curious. :X
If you haven't heard of Busou Renkin, it's the newest manga by Nobuhiro Watsuki, the mangaka behind Rurouni Kenshin. It's a fun mix of random alchemy and fighting manga. I haven't personally found scanlations but I have the first few tankobons and from what I gleaned with my limited Japanese skills, it's a lot of fun. ^_^x

I know I'm 5d 7h late, but I really want to respond to this.
I love this manga (its not hard to see considering most submissions in the BR cotagory are by me). I've read up to ch.7 scanlated and up to 70 raw. It is alot of fun. Its not some dramatic, deep, thinking manga (though some things are hard to get, and there are some dramatic scenes here and there, but rather minimum), but an entertaining, fun, action manga, and that what I like about it. I can be entertained, and that important.
Its sad though, there seems to be alot of people that hate it with a passion, and it also lives under Kenshin's shadow, so most people go looking for another Kenshin, and they get very dissapointed when BR turns out to be nothing like it. Then they just lable it "sucky" because it didn't meet up to there high standards...Oh well, at least I still love it. ^_^
Is it to early to mention a fave yet... mines Kazuki.

I haven't run into any 'haters' per se, because finding fans of the manga is hard enough as it is. It's still rather obscure and that makes me sad. D:
Where are you finding it raw? The tanks I have only go up to chapter 40-something and I'd love to keep going with it.
I love Kazuki to bits and pieces too; did you see my fanart? It's over in crossovers. :D

Hi. I know I'm 28 weeks, 3 days late, but I really want to respond to this. Sorry, bad joke. I wonder if renkinjutsushi is still here, or ari-chan.^^
Anyways, I am a big Nobuhiro Watsuki fan. I even got to read a few chapters of Gun Blaze West, which was the manga he made after RK. I really love Nobuhiro Watsuki's style.
I've only read exactly 1 volume and 1 chapter of BR. I know of a site where scanslations are being made (that's where I read it) but it's only up to volume 4 I think.
Why not make a BR group here in MT?

Vector: the name of the arch-enemy of all the alchemist. Has the power to suck the energy from the others with touching them. Vectors refers to Vector and Mutou.
Butterfly Guy: the arch-rival of Mutou, a homunculus who vowed to defeat him in a duel. However, he doesn't realize that he has changed, since he met Mutou.
刚太： comrade of Mutou and Tokiko. Love rival of Mutou for Tokiko.

I have had read BR to chapter 30 . Its it great consider that its come from Nobuhiro Watsuki
but sadly it doesnt have much fan of BR . Still I love NW and all of his manga :) :)

nostyle118: There are eight volumes of Busou Renkin total... I've only "read" the first five, and that's with my piss-poor Japanese reading skills. (Hey, I can decipher it and read it, but I can't understand what I'm reading most of the time. -__-)

Well coz im in Malaysia . We got many Shonen Jump like books and their volume today is
more than 100. But about BR , chapter 40 or 50 is the latest. I dint buy it more than 3 months coz I use scans
