Huh how odd. Upload it again. then put [sigimg] then save it once again. That should slove the problem. Assuming u didn everything rite.

I have a friend whos also having trouble getting his signature uploaded as well. Hes comming across the same problem where it just says 'Signature Image' and doesn't really upload it. I'm sure it has something to do with the server, though I'm glad its being addressed and to let you know that you are not the only one thats having a problem with it.
