Im just asking couse I dont wanna get in trouble for any reasons. ^^; but Iv made alot of cartoon wallpapers also instead of just anime, like "Garfield," "Nick's Doug," "Inspector Gadget," "PPGs," and manymore that are cartoon base.
and Im just asking if I cam submit them also? :) () thx! :D

Probably...put them under 'General Wallpaers > Other' and you should be fine. ^_^
