Ketchup sounds way better, nobody I know says catsup.

I've always said ketchup and so has everyone else I know. Actually I've never heard term Catsup before. As others have said, it does appear weird, since it seems like 'cat sup' or 'cats up'. But come to think of it, the word ketchup is also quite strange. Oh well, I guess it doesn't really matter, as long as it's Heinz, I'm happy.

Gosh.. XD No, tomato sauce and ketchup/catsup is definitely the same thing. ^_^' Around here, it's tomato sauce. Otherwise, I've never heard of catsup before, so.. XD Ketchup!

I prefer the word, and the idea, Ketchup. The only time I remember seeing "Catsup" printed on bottles was when it was the store brand.

Actually, if you watch "The Simpsons" often the "ketchup vs. catsup" is usually discussed in the Indian dude's mart. There's an aisle specially for Ketchup and one for Catsup.
I don't know... just wanted to infrom you guys...

In holland we write ketchup but you say it as catsup. I think that some1 just wrote it down as they said it so that why some people say catsup.

I say Ketchup because 1. It sounds better and 2. Thats the way it is on the Ketchup bottle. ^__^ :) :D :pacman:
