The best way to lose weight is..... don't eat to much.....and....... excercise! Becuase while you do that, your building up some muscles.

Hmm, here's my plan, but you don't have to follow it.

1. Eat healty food
2. Exercise. Not like a whole lot, but maybe a little bit each day
3. Play DDR XD (Seriously, it helps a lot)

1) Eat healthy
2) Excercise - in a fun way. It doesn't have to be torture.

And I agree with Ephidel, DDR helps! Just play it, and it'll help you lose weight. Some guy that was 150 pounds went down to 120 pounds at my school because of that. XD

you should exercise and eat healthy. Don't eat so much fatty foods or foods with too much calories. Eat more fruits and veggies.

Well, I would say ou can still eat pizza, but if it's only you made it yourself with healthy ingredients.

Food really is amazing. You can eat healthy and good at the same time. Look for them recipes! XP

Fastest?
Lower your portions, and increase your excersing during the day. It's not rocket science... there's no gimick that works to make you lose in a few days. You can really eat any kind of junk food, but within moderation.

Usually pizzas are too oily and full of unnecessary flavouring stuff. I would suggest you go to some food site for tips because they have a lot of those lately. :)

Cut out carb's (bread etc), walk reasonably long distances.

Two fundamental things that you have to keep when trying to lose weight:
1) Limit snacking/ eat normally or fairly less than normal
2) Exercise (avoid muscle building activities, like weight-lifting; running and ball sports are best)

I was at one time an obese person too and was able to shed 20KG just by following these simple rules. Cheers!

I dunno how ta help you there. I'm about 170 4ft 9 or so and well I'm just a bit over wieght. I dream about being skinny, but until I'm ready to diet properly I juts wanna be myself and have fun, not worrying bout ma wieght. But if you wish to lose weight and and you give it all you got, and giving it your best spiritually as well as physically and stuffs theres no limit to what you can do. I can't wait to hear abotu your future endevors, GOOD LUCK :D !!!!!

Well best way ... dunno. From my experience, it'd probably be getting braces :P No, seriously - when I had them the first week I couldn't really eat solid food, so that reduced my normal food intake. Also I had to wear elastics, which effectively make it hard for you to open your mouth, so that caused me to have a minor loss of appetite and couldn't be bothered eating snacks and crap ...

Not the most practical way though :P I guess if you want to seriously loose weight, you'll just have to eat healthy, and have a regular exercise routine.

Don't cut back on the actual food intake too much, just on the fatty foods. Excerise some but not too much at first - you should build it up little by little each week, but excerisisng heaps all in one go will just be bad for you. Swimming is excellent excersise, and will actually be more effective than running if you want weight loss and general fitness build up.

for me, i used to find a real addicting video game, then i would forget to eat. but that pretty much only stops weight gain. now if i could find a real addicting exercize, i'd actually start to lose weight.

fist thing you need to do is realize there are not shortcuts to losing weight and binge or crash dieting is dangerous, and doing such dieting slows metabolism, which is extremely difficult to raise or cannot be raised again. which considering weight lose and keeping it off is definietly importand. secondly know that when someone gains weight they gain fat cells, which do not go away. so even if you do lose weight you will still have those extra fat cells, they will just be slimer. so with those extra fat cells keeping weight off will be a bit more diffibult if they were not there. and thirdly get on a diet that you know you can keep up for the rest of your diet. try a vegan or vegetarian diet. soy is a great source of protien and complex carbs such as pasta's work good instead of other things. healthy eating really and movement of the body to get calories to burn.
