I'd have to say Lacus because she comforts people with her songs and plus she's nothing like Relena Peacecraft from Gundam Wing. She irritates in that anime! >.< anyways yeah.

Definately Lunamaria Hawke (seed destiny). Somehow, more popular characters like Cagali and Lacus just didn`t catch my attention, but Lunamaria is cute, pilots a mobile suit and is feminine with a lovable personality. I honestly don`t know any other anime girls like that ^^.
