Who's anime character who have a same face or characteristic?
I think Yukishiro Tomoe (Rurouni Kenshin) and Kikyou (Inuyasha) have a same face and characteristic.
Do you have any other examples?

Spike Spiegel from Cowboy Bebop and Mugen from Samurai Champloo are so alike, but probably because both series were made by the same peeps and I think it's the same voice actor ^^ .

I think Tomoe and Ayanami Rei have same characteristic. Because Nobuhiro Watsuki created Tomoe based on Ayanami Rei's character XD

Joe Shimamura, a.k.a. Cyborg 009 (Cyborg 009) and Jiro (Kikaider). The two look identical, and I don't think a closer match is possible, but that's just because the artist for the two is the same... Everything except the clothing they wear is the same! arrghh!!!
