I'm just getting around to reading the new english version now.

What do you think of the new VRX AIs in reference to the tachikomas of stand alone complex, and also the almost complete focus on cyber space? Also, I really like her yacht. The whole solar-cell hyper technology edge is too cool. Lastly this needs to be made into a new movie.

Update: It was good, I'll need to give it a second read. I like how the action kind of swoops you into it, and then wraps up without any effort. The racoon dog was a nice touch too.

Gets my [must read] stamp of approval. Get your's today! :)

We begin and end in nothingness. Our darkness is confronting our ultimate nature, for nothing can come from nothing. We must sow the wind and reap the void, since the now is all we have. Together, we walk in darkness.

warning :spoilers AHEAD:

I've read it twice now and I like the idea of Motoko/Aramaki having beatiful bot bodies all over the world that she can use for espionage - turns out that the real? Motoko is on holiday on a disused satellite for VIPs though. And is it me or does Shirows action set pieces look to confused in colour + no spider tanks..... anywhere.

It is a great book all the same

You misunderstood the real Motoko. They're all real.

"And is it me or does Shirows action set pieces look to confused in colour + no spider tanks..... anywhere."

Can you say this in a new way so I can understand it?
