Private. it's really good because there is no bullying, no fights, no teasing and the best teachers anywhere. i go to sheldon college, australia. check it out at

there is no bullying because the principal just expells them :)

the rules are tight and the punishments are severe, but it is fair and they do give you a good chance to justify yourself, and there is plenty of room to move within the rules so it's all good :)

I go to a public college. Theres no bullying, fighting or teasing here either. But its mainly because i go to a technical school and everyone's too busy studying to waste their time acting like 2nd grade schoolyard bullies.

In my state, depends what private school you go to... generally there are some suburbs that like... no matter what the private school is, the people are horrible... and in some other areas they're all nice.. -_- but anyways :)

I goto a private school, but my parents decided t send me to a public school for my primary edu so that id at least know what its like living a 'normal' life
I personally hate this private school, its like a friggen war camp run by the 'triads'

I go to a public school, and there's no bullying, no teasing, and very few fights. I think there's about 3100 at my school, and I think we are rather well-behaved for living in Sin City, eh?

Private, but no uniforms (thank goodness!); there's between 250-300 students in the high school (it goes from kindergarten to 12th grade).

I particularly used to go to a private school over here for many years.

Back in high school, and at elementary, everything that landed within a 20 mile radius from St. Catharines withheld private schools that were manufactured and designed - from none other than the Catholic District School Board itself [CDSB].

While most private schools were considered strictly based on Catholicism, it did not really single one religion out - that was not the main purpose and goal of the school board.

The signs are simple. Unlike public schools, there are rules and regulations that had to be followed, which makes one of the reasons why private schools were considered much more safer than the public schools around the St. Catharines region.

As the obvious is pointed out.

No smoking was allowed.
No swearing was to be said.
No vandalism is to be performed, drawn, or made.

In spite of some of these rules, there was one that fell as the biggest restriction out of them all, and that was people not allowed to wear casual clothes other than the school uniform itself. If you don't wear the school uniform, you are barred out until you come back in one. That also includes wearing kilts from the knee down, socks being stretched up as far as it could go, and sweaters to be worn from time to time. As well, only dress shoes were to be worn, and nothing else. Many have broken these rules before and were sent home, strictly because of it. But who is to blame, of course? Uniforms benefit others by not judgmenting people on how good they look through their certain clothes. As well, they can easily trap people who should not belong to the school, of course. People who do not wear uniforms are not allowed to wander across the hallways, and are only prohibited to entering the cafeteria and the office only. Other than that, they will be escorted away.

And that's the student life of a private school. Not too shabby, of course, but it's not the best atmosphere to land in as well, unfortunately, regardless of the rules followed here.

well im at uni now, but i did go to a public school. it was fine; there was bullying and teasing and whatever else but i dont see how any school can have none of these things. even if there is no obvious stuff like that going on there will always be something behind the scenes. for me, id rather it out in the open that behind my back.

I went to a public school through 9th grade, did homeschool in 10-12th grade, and then went to a public college.

Nah kidding, it's not that bad at my school, you get ya odd fights and bad atmossphere but its ok'..
