That would be a good thing, but that is totally up to you. This is mentioned above in the information I provided under Various levels of group administration.

No matter what, scans cannot be accessed until the member level is at least 10. Just because a scan is tops in a group doesn't mean that it can still be accessed.

Made an update to Noob Bible #3...added another section entitled, I don't see the threads I created and I don't see my gallery items I submitted on the main page of the group. How can I get them to show?
