i just watched yakitate!!japan 27..omigosh..they teach you how to 'bake' a bread with a rice cooker XD they even give you the ingredients XD hmm...my brother's friend really baked the bread and he said it was delicious.haha.maybe you should try? XD me? i dunno^^; so did you people bake it? XD tell me tell me XD

addition: + thanks a lot to Asakura-Yohwang.heee..he gave us the ingredients showed in yakitate!!japan 27(anime's)-how to make japan#2. hmm...i think it should be shown in page 2...well,you'll know as the picture's kinda big :D

Yakitate Japan is one of the most educating-still-funny-like-hell anime I ever seen... Thanks god anime-empire do a high quality sub with lot of comment... and the baking show... now everybody will know how to bake Japan #2 *^_____^*

I've tried it once... Totally screwed up though. ^_^' I followed the manga at that time and the dough got stuck to the bowl so I couldn't flip it over. XD I'm gonna try it one more time when I have time, following the anime this time. The manga was a little unclear (either that or I was being baka) so moving pictures and clearer instructions should help me succeed this time... hopefully. ^_^'

I've baked it three times in a dorm room. The first time, we just followed the recipe and it was alright but didn't fully bake in the center. The second time, we let it raise a little bit longer and because our rice cooker was cheap, we let each turn run a little longer. The second time we added bakers chocolate and made a wonderful desert bread, it was great. The third time, we replaced the water with green tea and added some leaves. :D Mmm!

It's important that you raise the temperature of the room the bread's raising in. Also, if you don't have solar hands ^.~ at least try to make your hands as warm as possible.

I forget which way does it, but I think, if you stick your hands in really really cold water, they'll warm up moreso than normal and you can fake solar hands.
