I found this on another forum. It's a car accident involving a pedestrian which somehow he miracously survived.

So the light was red... VERY red. As far as I know, if you're in a crosswalk you always have the right of way. But then. maybe that's just in California.
My philosophy is, if I'm walking anywhere I have the right of way.
But something like that would just ruin my day. Unless I got a bunch of money out of it.
