[WTF!?] LainOS: the Serial Experiments Lain OS

Hangin' around in Wikipedia I happened to stumble across a page about a project for a next-generation operating system, FreeBSD based (Windows Longhorn / Server 2047 screw you XD ). Everything good so far... except that it's based on Serial Experiments Lain's CoplandOS!!!

I've been unable to gather much information about the project, but so far they have LainWM (windows manager), and they're working already on the display server (Accela, that little robot thingy the raver guy swallows in the second chapter).

What I do have is a screenshot on the next link:

Hehe... that's kinda cool. FreeBSD is not a very good choice though... i'd rather use a Linux basis. Anyways hurray for this project :)

its based on BlackBox (or a fork, like FluxBox), and it hasnt been changed much yet, so there isnt much of a point of seeing more screenshots
