hmm hard to decide, maybe the clasic californial roll :) unagi is good too, i used to munch on cucumber rolls all the time before since i was stubborn to try out the good stuff but now no more cucumber rolls :D

Hee-hee, out of curiosity, has anyone ever tried eating sea-urchin and not gotten sick from it? I heard from a friend of mine that even Japanese people won't touch it.... You've gotta have an iron stomach or something for it. ^^;;

Nah it's not as bad as you think. Natto is definitely worse although it's an acquired taste.

i dont know the real name.. i like makis, and the one with avocado in it. the tuna one, the salmon one. they are almost all good. (now i'm hungry)

Well I dunno if it counts but muktuk (raw whale blubber) is extremely good. My favorite is baluga or bowhead whale. MMmm mmm them whales is tasty!

hehe i didnt know there were so many different kinds of sushi.. the only sushi i ever ate was the one with eggs and daigo pickles inside.. :sweat:

my fave japanese place has a double hot volcano roll I just die for! other than that, as long as it doesnt have fish eggs I love it.......although its not the flavor i dislike about the eggs...its a texture thing

As long as its from a real sushi bar..or japanese resturaunt. The stuff in super markets...yeck hell..ive seen sushi rolls at a chinese resturaunt buffet >.< Its usually nasty. Its all good..octupus, eel, tuna, white fish, salmon. And of course the sushi (rice :P) is awesome.
