I have to isolate and listen to music or just think about stuffs... If i stay near the person who angered me i tend to think violent thoughts so I have to walk away before i do something... Just like the otherday haha...

I talk to someone. Usually one person first, just to vent and figure things out. Then, when I've calmed down a bit, I go and talk to the person who made me mad in the first place. It's harder when I'm at work though, so if I get angry at work I just come home and vent it out with my friends.

Ummmm... Sleep... Or maybe play the piano. Sometimes I play an online game and let my emotions out on my poor opponents... The most direct approach would be to shout at the guy who got me angry in the first place though...

Last time I gave him a few drops of Red Horse he didn't even finish it.
My 10 yrs. brother downed an entire bottle and he didin't even touch it. Now that's just plain annoying. No one turns me down when I'm calling the shots.... ako ang Tanggero!!! Walang nagpapahiya saken!!!
