I think the voice is also an important part of a good anime. I can always remember cute Chiyo from Azumanga's voice. Another one is Belldandy's voice, so sweet !
Lacus Klyne's voice from Gundam Seed is also very sweet, Then after checking, she is also Chii from Chobits.

Ogata Megumi and Hisakawa Aya!!! Ogata Megumi was Shinji of NGE, Yukito of CCS, and, my fav, Kurama of YYH ^.^ Hisakawa Aya was Kero of CCS, Yuki Sohma of Furuba, and Chloe of NOIR =3 Both awsome. XD

Scott McNeil (Duo Maxwell from Gundam Wing) is by far one of my favourites. He's done so many roles, both anime and regualr cartoons, such as a few characters on Beasties, that I've just enjoyed hearing him every now and then. I hear the voice, I think of Duo and the goofy God of Death always makes me laugh

and to think surfer accent boy is Wolverine in X-Men Evolution makes it a lot more amusing, isn't it?
