Move your mouse over your level bar and in a while your level will pop up.
And please read the help sections and the support sections before creating threads like this. There have been plenty of posts that answered this question.

Normally check your own userpage if you did have noticed a slight decrease in your percentage and your level.
This could take effect if any of your posts are deleted, your submissions removed from the gallery, posts from your guestbooks being neglected, and the sorts.
Also don't forget to press the refresh button as well when looking over your own percentage. Sometimes people realized that they have lost an entire level when the percentage number returns back to 0, but actually that doesn't evidently seem to be the case, especially when you realized you just leveled up. It has occurred many times ago, but the numbers should turn out fine, as long as they are updated of course.

decrease like something u posted long ago?Even if you posted on old threads, it is still considered a post added towards your post count - regardless of age. So yes, if it is deleted, it will decrease your percentage anyways, especially if an old thread / submission you posted your comments on is considerably being removed along the process.
This does not fall in lines with the posts you made in the Spam Lounge, however, since those posts don't count and they don't actually affect your level overall.
