What does it take to make the perfect Anime girl? Diseases! ...and lots of 'em:
AD/HD - (Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder).
Bulimia - Recurrent episodes of binge eating & never appearing to put on any weight.
Inner Ear Dysfunction - Always falling down.
Narcolepsy - Uncontrollable fainting / passing out esp. when "excited".
Tourette's Syndrome - involuntary, rapid, sudden movements or vocalizations including "animal" noises.

Excellent. Anemia covers the Vampire Girls (Vampire Princess Miyu, etc.) Hormonal Imbalance for the Boobie-bombers (Divergence Eve, Gravion, etc.) & Nymphomania works for the Hentai Girls.
