I've tried to submit almost 4 times 2 different scans but when I'm submiting the scan there is an box that appears and says "This document contains no data"...Then I closed the submitting window and when I went to my userpage there was the scan on my submissions but it was all black.I opened it and downloaded it but there was only a part of the scan showing.Do you know what can I do to solve this?Thanks a lot

Watch for the times that you submit the scans. As of current, the server load is heaviest at the top of every hour and every half hour, like 1:00am and 1:30am. It's better if you wait a few minutes before you make the submissions. The server still needs maintenance, and this little problem will be fixed as soon as possible.
