My first attempt at starting a thread. I don't think I saw this in the recent threads, so here goes:

Who are your favorite voice actors? They can be English, Japanese, or any other language you've heard. If you happen to have any non-anime favorites, feel free to post! Here are a few of mine:

English -
Crispin Freeman (Zelgadis, Tsume, Togusa; I love this guy!)
Steven Jay Blum (also known as David Lucas)
Robert Wicks (Hubb Lebowski, Gene Starwind)
Aaron Dismuke (Alphonse Elric; he's only 12 or 13 as already so good!)

Japanese -
Megumi Hayashibara (Japan's voice-acting queen!)
Hikaru Midorikawa (Zelgadis, Heero Yuy, and other moody-cool roles)
Akira Ishida (Xelloss; gotta love to loathe him!)
Tomokazu Seki (Chichiri, Touya Kinomoto; good singer as well!)

I like Megumi Hayashibara too not only she can act voices of the character, she can also perform and sings OST of animes. Yui Horie is good too she can also performs and sing OST too.

Samurai Alchemist

Vic Mignogna, hands down. He has the greatest personality. He completely hijacked the FMA fan panel at ACen (randomly showed up in the audience) and spent the entire time just answering questions and ripping on Travis and Roy. XD He'll stop and talk to anyone if he can, and apparently likes to try to steal people's Edward plushies. ^_^

Yeah, Vic also rocks! I wish I could'a seen it! It sounds like he's just as crazy at cons as Scott McNeil! XD He stole Edward plushies? That's just toooo funny! XD

^ I have a mild obsession with the guy. I love his acting, and after seeing a presentation by him on mythology at an anime con, I became quite impressed with him as a person.

Timeless Existence

Ishida Akira. He is so versitile, i loved how he does Athrun, Chrno, and Gaara.
Hoshi Soichiro. Kira, Kei, so many more, hes cool. I especially like Kei's personality.
Tanaka Rie. She has one of the sweetest voices out there^^
Ikeda Shuichi. Chars voice and Hiko. He does all the strong powerful ppl O.O.

My favorite actor/actrice voice or seiyuus in japanese are Hayashibara Megumi, Horie Yui, Asakawa Yuu, Ikuko Inoue, Touma Yumi, Takagi Reiko

Hayashibara Megumi (Many characters in anime) (Seiyuu Goddess)
Horie Yui (Naru in Love Hina, Hitomi in Dead or Alive)
Asakawa Yuu (Motoko in Love Hina)
Ikuko Inoue (Belldandy in Ah my Goddess)

1. Ishida Akira - who else can be so good as to do the voices of cho hakkai, chrno, gaara and athrun zala? He can do a range of voices.

2. Suzumura Kennichi - i just like him coa he will do Tenjo Night in Zettai Kareshi. he's also Shinn Asuka and Zack from Final Fantasy.

3. Shindou Naomi - cagalli, cagalli, cagalli!!!

4. Horie Yui - She can really do good voices. like tohru (fruits basket), iron maiden (shaman king) and lots more.

Hooray for seiyuus!! :D
