This really shouldn't be a contest. Kira and Lacus have the most stable of the relationships. However, Athrun's relationships are usually more interesting because they change. With the current situation with regards to cagalli there is potential for change. Even though it won't happen.

but to be honest i like Shin with Lunamaria (maybeshe will be Shinn's new love) more than with Stellar.

I like all the couple you posted in the poll...... including Yzak and Shiho, even though Shiho can only be seen during the ending song/credits, I still picture them as a couple. :) I'll just give my vote to athrun and cagalli.
*EDIT*too bad there no more shinn x stellar, its already shinn x lunamaria, if you've seen episode 38

I like all those couples, but really I have to say my total favorite is Athrun and Cagalli. Those two are just made for each other. I'm praying in Destiny.

Kira and Lacus are the most beautiful couple in GundamSEED/D they are the perfect pair both are action people not like Athrun who can decide which side to fight and Cagalie who knows what she want but don't realy have the guts to do it.... Shinn and Stelar are good but I don't know I hate Shinn so... Mwu and Marrue it's just sad... Dearka and Mirialla, I don't know, they don't look like a real couple.
Some mistakes are too cruel to make it twice...
