as for a character?
maybe something like a Gundam or a character from a anime with a hot chick that is a andoid or somethin?=P
sorry if those suggestions suck just a little tired, but if you dont get any good suggestions later when I'm rested I can get some for ya =)

Yeah right. Since this background is kinda "techy", I think you should use an android character or a mecha.
It must fit with the blue color... What about Yuzuki from Chobits ?
Look here and here. But even if she is an android, she doesn't really look like one...
I'll tell you if I find something better.

Hmm futuristic. You should use something futuristic themed or some sort of mecha. Umm as for suggeestion something from Macross or Robotech would work well.

Well genraly I would think you should have the picure first. Either way I wont rate the wallpaper as its to bright for mny tasts but that backgrouds is to active with stuff on it and looks like it could be a wallapaper on its own still that simbol on the lower right reminds me of halo so i sugest a nice bright pic of master cheif on the left side and mabe changing the colors of the background some.
