How dose one find the so called:
userpage customization guide for a tutorial

I mean the pages tells you:
Customize your userpage here. XHTML tags are is allowed. Please refer to the userpage customization guide for a tutorial and more information.

So where is it. I try normal HTML and it dosen't work. What the heck is the difference anyways?

This does not work because you have incorrectly entered the address. The address must start with http:// so it will link to http://www.soukaisakura.com and http://www.soukaisakura.com/banner.jpg
