Does anyone have recommendation for DVD burning software that handle dual-layer? I recently upgraded my DVD burner and my old software does not recognize dual-layer DVD media.

NERO Burning Rom Ultra Addition handles Dual layer. Given that your DVD-burner can burn likewise (Dual layer).

Nero is the best.... handles everything :)
There are other software packages that handle these forms of media. It just depends on what you're going to burn.

Your DVD burner should come with a DVD-burning software.
Most DVD burners should come with Nero 6 Express OEM edition.
It supports dual-layer dvd media. If not then you probably have some missing contents when you bought the drive.
Use Nero 6.6 Ultra Editon
or
Roxio Easy Media Creator 7.5Nero has more features but some features are complicated.
Nero even has a tutorial on their site!- Aug 15, 2005

The insane Roman emperor that fiddled while Rome burned. You can recognize it by the icon of the colosseum burning....
Check for updates every now and then...if you want you can ignore all the other crap that comes along, e.g. the media suite etc. I prefer specialized software - I don't want to view movies via a burner.

I would recommend ImgBurn for the burning of disc images, as it was based on DVD Decryptor's excellent burning engine.
Edit: Okay I JUST realised this thread was dug out from 70 weeks ago. joemighty16, never go back to a thread more than a few months old. ;/

I use CDBurnerXP Pro 3 as its free, while Nero is better this is very simple to use and it works, and again it doesn't cost anything unline Nero.
