I dunno, the rasengan seems to be a more efficient way of using chakra, whereas chidori relies on the speed of the thrust to be deadly (rasengan doesn't), other than that its just a live amount of fast moving chakra. I'd have to go with rasengan.

Sasuke: chidori! *tower breaks down*
Naruto: Rasengan *tower and everything behind it anihilated*

Chidori seems to easy to summon in my opinion. While it is the case that it takes great physical and mental prowress to perform the Chidori, the Rasengan appears to be a tougher ability to perform. I also like the fact that the Rasengan looks like something more then a ball of random electricity.

chidori of course, although i hate sasuke but kakashi is so sexy heh. Rasengan is so boring nothing original jus a ball for energy wee exciting.

i prefer the Rasengan

well..... i wld go for having rasengan in one hand and chidori in the other, and use both of them at the same time ^^ alternatively, i wld just combine the both and come up w my own move that is a hybrid of the two... go chi-sengan!!

hehehe, cool, i prefer rasengan, its more powerfull and you can use it more than 2-4 times

rasengan. IMO, chidori packs more punch and really is a knock out blow. But since rasengan doesn't lack behind that much, and it can be used quite many times, I think rasengan is better

You all do know that the reason chidori has a limit is becuase it uses so much chakra = same as rasengan so both of them has the same limit = depends on how much chakra you have.
Btw I go with the chidori
