I live in my home (doh) with my 2 parents and a brother and a sister (we are five). We live in Costa Rica.
We pay 2500-5000 colones a month for the water. That is 4-8 euros a month. It is very cheap isn'it?

Where I'm at in Germany it's 4 euro per cubic meter. I think my bill was 190 euro last year.
