This is the first one I wrote in days of recent. And I hope you enjoy this one as well. It's called Stormy Darkness, and a brief run down. I got the idea while watching a thunder storm in a nearby desert. Well, again, Enjoy.
Stormy Darkness
The sky begins to darken,
A little by little the dry arid air shrouded in darkness,
The pillars rising to the sky,
A beautiful white and red a mass before turning black,
The arid atmosphere enshrouded behind a curtain.
The air grows heavier as the sands of time pass through the hour glass,
A wet smell overcomes the stronghold,
The stronghold covered by darkness,
It's walls blackened as night,
The curtain begins to rise as darkness takes hold.
The air static,
The clasp of lightning crashes against the stronghold,
The clap of thunder sounds as the curtain falls upon the stage,
The stronghold begins to crumble as Thor's Hammer crashes against it's mighty walls,
The darkness is illuminated.
The air freshened,
The darkness removes it's hold,
Light shown through like a beacon upon the stronghold,
The last clap has sounded from the hammer,
The land finally seeing the light clearly once more.
The sounds of battle subside,
The land freed from the shroud of darkness,
The Hammer sits in the skies waiting to hear the call and sound once more.
