Seeing as the deadline for the constitution has been pushed forward...how many of you think that it shall ever come into being? And if it does...how many of you think that it shall have some impact?

Well, personally, I think it is delayed since more than half of the iraqi people doesn't want the US to make the constitution for them. As long as US is there exerting influence on to the government, Iraq will never have a stable constitution, and it will always be in a civil turmoil with iraqi people on one side and US army the other.
