For some reason, I wake up at arounnd7am even though i sleep at like 1am. After I wake up, I can't sleep again and it's really, really annoying...

I wake up when the sun gets up. So during the summer, unfortunately, that means really early, and which means I need to use an alarm clock in winter.

i started from going to bed at 2 and getting up at 1 o'clock. at this moment i came to sleep from 5 am to 3 pm. my record was to go to bed at 6,30. you know so many thingsto do that keep me awake all the night. but i need at least 8 hours of sleep to feel well after that.- Aug 31, 2005

I <3 my vacation. Unfortunately it tends to get hindered at the request of other people. But if I'm left alone, I don't get up till around 12:00 -- 3:00 PM. It's contingent on what time I retired for the night before.
