Im not really sure how to cook teriyaki ckicken, but i know how to cook chicken itself
1. Its not like other meats, Chicken can become VERY dry if you cook it for too long
2. it MUST be cooked all the way through, uncooked chicken can lead to salmanilla (i think) poisoning
3. Cut off most of the excess 'fat' thats just dangling off the breast, or you can get you butcher to do it for you
4. Just like a piece of meat, have the pan/saucepan/wok quite hot, you should be able to see a kind of 'smoke' come off the oil once its hot enough
Cooking meat take time and patience, if you stuff up, no worries, just try again.
^_^=vI'm mearly a figment of my imagination
A good friend will come and bail you out of jail, a true friend will be siting next to you saying "Damn that was fun!"

Make sure you sanitize your hands, and other kitchen items where the chicken may have been on.

So are you doing this for fun or for someone that is very special to you?

Man is suppose to cook Chicken in a Man's way!
My way of cooking TeriYaki Chicken and it's one of a kind! ;)
Take the chicken and tie it with a rope. Now take it outside
and tie the rope to a branch. Now take a blow torch and burn that sucka! A jet engine is prefer so it cooks more faster. After is all brun and black, pour on some, seasoning, TeriYaki sauce and enjoy! If you burn down the tree, your home or the entire neighborhood, that will not be my responsibility! XP :)- Sep 04, 2005

It's better to cook at home. Besides you have to learn how to cook anyway.
Also it makes a meal taste a lot more better than any restaurant.
Even though it's burn dark black. ;)- Sep 04, 2005

Home cooking is a lot cheaper too, and (with some practice) tastes better. Many advantages.
Heh, anyway, good luck with the chicken!
My sig looked very lonely and blank.
... ... ...
It still looks rather dull and empty though. I guess this is a start.
