I like Paku Romi!
She plays as Tao Ren (Shaman King), Edward Elric (Full Metal Alchemist), and Heimdall (Matantei Loki Ragnarok) and a whole bunch more I don't remember. <_<;;Anyways, I just love her voice and she's a really good person! ^_^

Damn, I don't know to many names, but I think the guy that played Naruto in the 'Naruto' anime did a great job. I also liked the voice of Sanji from 'One Piece', Mizuho from 'Onegai Teacher' and Ryoga Hibiki from 'Ranma 1/2'. But I respect all the seiyuu's that did their job by putting some heart into their work.

For the male seiyuu, Morikawa Toshiyuki (Morimori!).
For the female seiyuu, Kuwashima Houko.
I luv them! Morikawa-san is the voice of Tatsumi (Yami no Matsuei), Hayashimizu (FMP Fumoffu), Konrad (Kyou Kara Maou) and lots more. Probably because I like his deep voice. He can play a nice guy, as well as a bad guy. What the heck!
Kuwashima-san plays Ves (The Mars Daybreak), Natarle (Gundam SEED), Para-Medic (Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater for the PS2) and others. Her voice sounds different and I like it. She can play annoying characters and the cool ones too.

Nakata Jouji, definitely. I think he has the coolest voice ever. His voice is deep and kinda scary, in a velvety sort of way. (Hope that makes sense.)
He's the voice of Hijikata in Peacemaker Kurogane, Alucard in Hellsing, Folken in A Vision of Escaflowne, and Kunugi Jin in Rahxephon.
