well, I want to put music on my page and i need a place to host the song. Every time i host this song on ripway, i put
the link in the content, the song never plays. I tried other songs too. But there is always this one song that works,
only that works. so basically what i need is some way to host a song. Is there something else i can hose the song with
besides ripway or geocities?
I did it over like 10 times and it never works. but for some reason. Please help.

you can try to host it on yahoo's geocities for free. But the Song will have to be less than 5 mb for that.

i suggest you turn the song into a media flash file. many hosts dont like to stream mp3's but all of them should let you stream swf's.

i have to say, if you don't want to mess with flash, follow this guide. it works well and it has the instructions.
if you know your way around flash, try using the media components. i have 2004 MX by the way. i dont know about past versions.

Freewebs is an awesome place to host mp3s. There's reasonable disk space and enough bandwidth.
