how do i create a bright white glowing ball in photoshop 5.0 or illustrator (not sure which version)
i wanna like add it on a pic
like having a person
then holding this glowing ball
like a wizard bout to cast a spell ^^
awesome?
but dunno how ="=
after i create the ball (if i can) how will i shade the bg (its a photo so itll be kinda hard to just recolor it )
