Recently I noticed that I had done some stuff while I was sleeping and I was really scared about it since I really don't wand to trow away stuff or break thing or hurt myself. I live alone so that's why I am scared about it. The things I did weren't really bad but this time I did go out of my room! First I opened my ligth, closed my fan, picked up some stuff, putted them in the kitchen, moved the living room table, cleaned up my room a bit and whent back to bed... all of this witout my knowing!!! I was really surprised to see my school book on the kitchen table when I knew they were on the side of my bed when I went to bed!!! My what a scare...
Anyone of you have a solution to stop those sleep walk?

tie yourself to the bed? lol

the only time ive had evidence of sleepwalking was when i went to sleep in my room, and woke up the next morning in my parents' room

you should tape yourself to see what are te things you do whie you are asleep and idont walk asleep i sleep like a log

Duct tape might work in the worse case. I've found this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleep_walking too. I don't have theese problems I sleep soundly each night.

Hehe, I've not so much sleepwalked, but I've been sat up in bed while asleep. I dunno, I think that my mom said I was sleepwalking, once, but I can't remember.. ^_^'

I think this is the best thing to do. XD Set up a camera somewhere, to see what you do when you sleepwalk. XD I normally sleep like a log, but the reason for that is I usually am up pretty late. XD When I go to bed, I just almost instantly fall asleep. XD

Now sleeptalking is what you really should worry about. o_O

woa pretty scary when you sleep walk at night. i never had an experience sleep walking cuz i cant find any evidence. hopefully not. i sometimes talk though in my sleep and thats how far i go.

I still sleep walk, one night I scared my mom by trudging into the living room while asleep. She asked me what I was doing but all I could say was "The dead men are up and walking around..." then I just said "Yup" and went back to bed. Apparently I was making fun of Pokemon in my sleep once too...

:D mhahaha I am sure I must have killed Pikachu a lot in my dream... one day i discovered my pika plushie headless.... With a pair of scissor by it side.... since then i have kept my plushie a bit farther from my bed... and also put scissor really far from my bed...

That sounds wise, but if you have no scissors, what will you do when the dead men come. You know they're up and walking around right?

well the big tv was still there, the laptop on the table was there too so was my gameboy,game cube and all those expensive things i have =_=' perharp it's a panty thief... shall check....

dremon = oh my i will buy a katana >.< but lock my plushie in a safe. perharp i could lock my hedgehog with me as a trap >,< but what if the dead men don't feel anything.... um i better just lock my door *shop for a lock* and close my window...

I remembered someting else too... when i was 5 i feel off of my bed, which was a bed 1,5 metter in the air, and whent in my parent's bed but the thing was that my chin was all bloody so I cover their bed sheet in blood XD I still have a scar under my chin :) Also I wasn't awared of all of my act... not even when i felt from my bed...

Katana's will work on dead men. As to whether or not they'll feel it... eh, just chop off their heads! They won't feel it all. Decapitation is what stops them... although you'll have an icky mess to clean up. What with the blood, and the chunkiness, and the dead body... parts. And the chunkiness...

At work I was in the break room at the back of the store, and fell asleep. Somehow I managed to get up from a prone position, walk through 2 doors, down 3 different sets of stairs beyond various twists and turns, and out to the front, only to fall flat on my face in front of the beer cooler, and start to convulse. And no, I don't have any solutions, because I don't know how the hell I'M doing IT. (I also sleepwalk at home, but that's the most noticable event)

But does one even truly have a choice? One can only match, move by move, the machinations of fate...and thus defy the tyrannous stars.

There were once I grab on my bf's pyjamas and thought there was something glowing on it,
"look look look! what is that?" I asked him
he was still half-asleep and a bit annoyed, get up and turned on the lights
I realise that i was sleep-talking...cover a pillow on my face embarrased, back to sleep
left my bf standing there confused
and we had a good laugh in the morning

i say if u get cleaning done while ur asleep then dont be worried about it but if u find ur self leaving where u live and say u go and stop in the middle of the street then u have a prob.
but i dont think i have a solution to ur sleep walking.

Oh I wish I had a clone... one who would do the cleaning for me.... um i shall lock the front doors too... good thing i live in a quiet place with not much car passing during the nigth still migth as well lock me up and such... O_O
