Initially i don't feel guilty but after some deep thinking (lol) i started to feel bad just by downloading free fansubs etc...
So now im only watching anime online and not downloading them...
Watching anime in the tv is not as thrilling as there are advertisements in between and it tends to be draggy and sometimes they would cut off the point where u were enjoying and u will just feel.. u know.. irritated?

Im downloading musics from the internet as for now i don't have the money to buy the actually CDs ( im a student ) or perhaps the cd is not selling here ( its hard to find sometimes ) and its just... plain expensive .. ( -___-;; ) For example, i saw GackT ahhh my fave artist and i saw the price OMGGGG $64 *faint* or An Cafe my fave band and i saw the Single CD and it has 4 songs inside for $24?
1 song -> $6? *faints*

Yea but i am planning to buy the actual CDs after i started working ;D

Not really. I don't feel guilty downloading comic books either. Sometimes I buy, sometimes I download, and I'm perfectly happy with that system.

i don't feel guilty because anime and anime songs are so hard to get legally. if i could get them without paying disproportionate prices or waiting weeks for postage, then i would. like, i buy studio ghibli dvds because they're easily available off amazon. but anime series like Loveless and Gravitation and Death Note aren't so easy to get, so i download them.

Besides I only download anime/anime soundtrack for personal reasons Like:
Whenever I want to watch anime for free
If I want to play some anime musics on my mp4
And besides I do not burn any anime/anime soundtracks on my PC to sell for cash, like I said only for personal reasons

We are victims of piracy we only download them on our own consent, if you're blaming the piracy then blame it all on those who upload them in the first place not to those who download

Guilty? Sometimes, yes. Maybe because Im thinking of how much effort and money they have exerted to produce that song or manga and I am reading, listening or watching it all for free. They might shout, "eh! you are getting our supposedly profits!" if they will know that I am doing it. So much sites for free downloads.

I don't usually, because most of the series I love don't have an english/english subbed version... D;
But also where I am from it is really REALLY expensive to ship, and to buy... ;3; Like how manga are around $10 in other countries, but here the cheapest are $20... And they are badddddd. D; Good quality is around $30. ;3;

lol I'm only buying Animes that I really love.XD For the manga I have over 500, sooo.XD For songs, I find it's way to expensive, so no I don't feel guilty at all to download songs. And for Animes, well... It's Animes that I've bought or I'm planning to buy anyway, but I don't know how to use my DVDs to make videos, so it's not like I have a choice.^^' And there I have the DVDs anyway, I don't feel guilty at all.

Not really, since in Belarus we have quite some problems with finding any anime products (legal anyway), since they simply don't exist here( . And no online shop I know of ships here, to beat it.
It's already a blessing that we finally have manga on sale since last fall. (But man they're slow at getting new volumes out...)
But when I'm out of the country I happily buy any good anime I can get my hands on (Already own all of the older Miyazaki movies). And if we finally had things for sale, I'd definitely buy quite a number of things I consider good (I delete anything so-so after watching anyway not to fill up my drive space.). Right now the internet is more like a TV Channel for me then a source of free stuff.
