But since i'm currently experiencing alil stress..So i thought i need some different methods on relieving them... =p
Whenever i'm angry i go to sleep...When i wake up...I'll be feeling better...
About stress...working on it...hehe

relax, do nothing.. maybe read a good book..
listening to some mild music helps..also green tea or chamomile tea are relaxing..
so just relaxing on a comfy couch with since nice tunes a cup of warm tea does the trick :)

I no longer stress, and I used to all the time. My suggestions to you are to clear your mind of everything, pay less attention to detail, pay more attention to what is truely important in your life. Be greatful for what you have: family, friends, even your health. Any can be taken from you at any time...
Stress is also something that doesn't go away overnight, not thinking about it @ all and relaxing for like a couple months... well for me since then I've had stress but not that kind that gives me angst/anxiety.

well what i do depends on how angry i am
if i am just upset= i read a book
really upset= i eat or talk about my problems
gone berserk= i sleep on it

This my friend is very good advice...Only paying attention to the truth...I would rather be a poor, poor begger in a cottage full of books, than someone who has no desire to read...

It varies for me.. I'll usually slack off or play Dynasty Warriors or GTA to kill tons of people.. Lolz! That sure is a stress reliever.. Sometimes I go online and chat with my friends or I'll go and watch some movies or animes..

Doctors say it's one of the many indicators... I wish I could tell you why that is... maybe because you sleep to avoid any depressed thoughts?

Use something or someone XD as a punching bag lol... Just kiding, but really punching and kicking requires a lot of energy and when u lose a quite amount of it u will feel relieved. Or u could just play some fighting game and stress out on some poor guy or something like that :). If u happen to train some Martial Arts relieving from stress shouldn't be a problem :)...

i have a personality disorder wherby i can totally feel angry one second over nothing and the next i wil simply forget about it as soon as the clock ticks by, so i say there are generally nothing that can be done, just a game of warcraft and surfing around MT will releive me
