I haven't seen the anime before but I think i've seen the first episode at least ^^ Same with Onegai Teacher, i've only seen the first episode.

Onegai twins is a great anime. In my opinion it is not as good as Onegai teacher, but it is still worth it to watch all 13 episodes. Also, it is not so much a sequal to onegai teacher. It has the same setting, but a year in the future and focuses on different main characters

I thought the show was very heartwarming and cute, as long as you dont think too much about it. The concept is kind of disturbing, the two girls going after him not knowing if they're siblings or not.
