You know you're too obsessed with an anime when you....
....skip school to work on all your shrines
....have oficially seen one episode 100 times
....Every time you get money, you spend it on that anime
....You annoy the hell out of everyone by talking about how you beat the game last night
....Write your favorite character's name as you own on you school work, web accounts, ect.
....have more than 20 tapes of the show
....have spent more than $2000 dollars on that anime
....can't see the floor in your room, because you have too much stuff from the show
....Cant see your walls in anypart of the house you visit, because they are covered with that anime's posters,
cards, ect.
....wasted more than 10 ink cartridges printing out song lyrics, pictures, wallpapers, ect. from that anime
....know more about the show then you do about yourself
....Write a story for school using the names of the anime's characters
....have done a school report on something rediculos from the show (ex. I like ygo, I did an ancient Egypt report on the
Shadow games ^_~)
....when something tragic happens, you imediatly say you want your favorite character from the show
....hear voices and songs from the anime at any given moment
....can speak along with the tapes because you know every line
....have written more than 32 fan fics for that show
....have read more than 100 fanfics for the show
....have another self labeled as a character from the anime
....have over 5 shrines dedicated to your favorite chracter
....have at least 2 shrines for every other character
....have started to learn English, Japanese, French, German, and Italian so you can see every version of the show
....actually get your hands around anyone's neck who even say 'That show is ok, but I dont even like
it'
....have personally hunted down the owner of every fan site that claim they are/own characters from the show
....hand-write 200+ letters to the author, or owning company, on what is bad, and what should be made better
....emailed the contact address on the official website 500+ times
....cry and scream when your parents make you stop watching the TV
.... Only sleep 3 hours a night, spend the rest watching your favorite anime
....Blurt out random quotes from the anime every 5 minutes
....act exectly like on of the characters
....have 15+ sound track CD (burned or official)
....can recognize the theme song in all the languages it is made in
....know all the words to at least three fourths of the theme songs (in any lanuage)
....have imated something dangerous from the show. (ex. stadding yourself in the arm, wresteling a crocodile, jumped off
a cliff, ect.)
....or in extreme cases, all of the above.
If anyone knows any others, feel free to share them! This includes personal anime traits like sending Naruto love letters or trying to find Sesshomaru's undies on eBay. o_0
