Greetings.
Some videogames, for example, ThunderForce V, have artwork files, such as wallpapers and the like, hidden in the CD. Not really hidden, but accesible with PC. Also, some games have rippable artwork.
If you can extract these images, can they be submitted and shared in this community? What is the policy on this?

There isn't anything that says you can;t, so I guess it's allowed. We don't care how you get the image, as long as you cite your sources.

Why the f*** do I need to use proprietary filetypes in my signature and avatar? Stupid Minitokyo... STUPID COMPU$ERVE! Use png instead.
If the official (see below for quote on 'official') walls are of high quality you may submit it in the scan section.
Make sure you don't submit it as a wallpaper or indyart, since those all must be your own work. Here's a quote from the
